3 B's Native Plant Garden - Birds, Butterflies, and Bees

The garden is a collaborative effort between Westland Parks and Recreation, Neighborhood Volunteers, and MSU Extension, Wayne County Master Gardener Program.

The purpose is to show and explain the importance of native plants to increase biodiversity. This year we will be planting native trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals and seeds. Volunteer days are April to November, on Wednesdays and a few Saturdays from 9-12, weather permitting.

Eco-fair 2024

A free Earth Day celebration on Saturday, April 27th 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Romulus Athletic Center, 35765 Northline Road, Romulus, Mi 48174 . Please consider volunteering at this event if you are in need of hours. Interested members and/or inquiries can be sent to mgwwc@gmail.com.
